TO COMPLETE THE RENTAL PROCESS:
STEP 4. You must submit a completed RENTAL AGREEMENT (click to download). You can either edit the document and send as an attachment via EMAIL, or print and complete by hand and send the signed original by regular mail or Fax (408-729-8385).
STEP 5. Pay the Total Rent at the required date prior to check-in. If you are paying by check, the payee information is on the Rental Agreement document.
After the rent payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the LOCK BOX combination for access to the keys.
STEP 6. Download and Print a copy of the RULES & PROCEDURES (click to download). Call Michael (408-254-2327) to go over them together before you leave on your trip to Tahoe.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. CHECK or MONEY ORDER - BY MAIL The Security Deposit is to be
mailed along with the signed Rental Agreement, followed by payment for the
total rent, prior to check-in.

/ CREDIT CARD - ONLINE PAYMENT To pay using PayPal, select from the two "Add to Cart" options below.
*There is a 3% fee/ tax for using PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.
NOTE: If you if you would like to pay for the Security Deposit and Rent at the
same time, you will need to FIRST "Add to Cart" the Security Deposit,
then when you are on the PayPal payment screen click on the "Continue
Shopping" button, you will be directed back to this page. THEN "Add to Cart" the Rental Rate.
You Must Change the "Item Quantity" to the number of nights you are renting, then select "update cart".
If you make a mistake , from the PayPal page, just check the box "Remove", then click "Update Cart".
When you have finished adding to your cart, and you are on the PayPal
page, click on "Proceed to Check Out" and select from the 2 PayPal payment options to complete the transaction.
FROM THE PAYPAL PAGE:
1. If you have a PayPal account you will need to log-in to complete the transaction.
2. If you don't have a PayPal account , follow the instructions to: Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
After the transaction is complete, PayPal will send us both an email
confirming that the transaction is complete. I will then send you a Payment Confirmation email with further instructions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Make a selection from the drop-down menu, then click "Add to Cart". You will be taken to the PayPal check-out screen to complete the transaction.
RENT PAYMENT: Under "RENTAL RATE PER NIGHT", make your selection from the drop-down menu, then click "Add to Cart". You will be taken to the PayPal check-out screen to complete the transaction.

3. Add to the cart the $65 Cleaning Fee.
* Rate includes 10% City of South Lake Tahoe Transient Occupancy Tax.
